S-series multi-effect water distiller is designed according to Thin falling film and multi-stage evaporating principles. The first effect is fed by an external heat source (industrial steam), this energy is totally reused in the subsequent effects, each column uses the pure steam that the former effect produced to get sufficient heat energy. Deducing as the above procedure.
Characteristics:
The whole set equipment is made in AISI316L stainless steel with active surfaces pickled and passivated.
The pipeline system is made of 0.6μmRa, AISI316L stainless steel tube which is mirror polished. orbital welding and linked by clean flange and pharmaceutical gaskets.
Insulation is made of asbestos covered by AISI 304 stainless steel which is dull polished. The frame is made of stainless steel.
