The EDI(Electro-de-ionization) device belongs to precision water system which is generally coordinated with RO. It is composed of pre-treatment, RO. The ultra pure water systems of EDI substitutes mixed ion-exchange which is used in traditional water system process. The water inlet requirement of EDI device is that the resistivity is 0.025-0.5MΩ*cm, the RO device can fully satisfy the demands. The EDI device can produce the ultra pure water which the resistivity reaches 15MΩ*cm
